Why do the videos from facebook have very low quality or appears pixelated?

Repurpose grabs the best available video that Facebook provides (it is never the same quality as you upload, unfortunately). Which is the same quality as you would get if you manually downloaded from Facebook.
Sometimes, Facebook only allows us to grab a lower quality than expected.
We are trying to find a way to work around this to get the highest possible quality in the near future.
