What is causing YouTube to get this error message “Maximum Daily Limit Reached”?

YouTube has unadvertised limits (they don’t tell developers what they are) on how many videos you can upload per day.
If you are doing a big batch of episode uploading and you experience this issue, we suggest you try to publish 10 or so at a time and wait 24 hours and add 10 more and so on until all your episodes are on YouTube.
