What are the first few steps to do when an error message is encountered?

You can easily check the error message to understand what is it about.

Simply hover the mouse over the i icon.


Reconnecting your accounts under Connections Tab will help updating any major changes between the platforms.

After reconnecting, an additional step can be resyncing your workflow. You can do that by going inside the workflow settings and hit the Full Resync button at the bottom of the pop-up.

If it still doesn’t work, try creating a new workflow with the same process and publish.

If those steps wont work, contact us and we'll conduct further investigation.
