Dropbox and Google Drive files are not appearing in the workflow

A few things to check:
You need to make sure that you own the folder where the files are located in Google Drive/Dropbox. If it's a shared folder, make sure you have admin rights.
- The recommended file formats would be .mp3 for audios and .mp4 for videos.
- Reconnect all your accounts under Connections. That way it will refresh/update all the changes that might have happen after you connected the accounts.
- After reconnecting, resync the videos inside the workflow to update the list of files you have from your input.
