How to choose the Thumbnail when uploading to Instagram
Choosing the Thumbnail for Instagram is quite easy
If your workflow is either YouTube to Instagram or Facebook to Instagram, after you hit Publish you will have the option to choose the Thumbnail from the actual video.

On the following pop-up, you get to see the video and choose your desired frame to use it as Thumbnail:

Once selected, simply close the pop-up with the X and proceed with the publishing. And that's it.
Keep in mind that Instagram don't allow videos longer than 60 seconds. We recommend using Snippets workflows. Also, it prefers square videos and using other sizes may produce an Error. Found out more about IG connection here.
