Trial Platform Availability and Limitations

Standard Trial

The Standard Trial lasts for 14 days or 10 published videos, whichever comes first. During this trial, users can access all supported platforms except YouTube as a source platform. Only one account connection per platform is allowed.

If you cannot find YouTube as a source during the Standard Trial, this is expected behavior. YouTube as a source, additional account connections, and full platform access become available after upgrading to any paid plan.

YouTube Trial

The YouTube Trial lasts for 90 days and includes unlimited publishing. During this trial, YouTube is the only available publishing destination, while TikTok and Instagram are the only available source platforms.

If you only see YouTube as a destination, this is expected behavior for YouTube Trial accounts. All other destinations and source platforms remain locked until the account is upgraded to a paid plan.

How to verify if a workflow or platform is supported

To verify whether a workflow is supported:

  1. Create a new workflow
  2. Select the Source platform
  3. Select the media type (if applicable)
  4. Review the available Destination platforms

Important:

The available Destination platforms shown in the workflow builder are the source of truth for supported workflow combinations.

If a platform does not appear:

  • The workflow may not currently be supported
  • The media type may be unsupported
  • The workflow may be restricted by your trial plan
