Step 1: Customize Artwork in Captivate.fm
Open your captivate.fm account.
Navigate to the episode you want to repurpose.
Click on the artwork section.
Replace the generic artwork with episode-specific artwork, especially if there's a guest on your show.
- For example, if you have a guest, upload their image to represent the episode.
- This custom artwork will be used when you repurpose this particular episode.
Step 2: Extract Key Takeaways and Timestamps
While listening to your episode, identify five key takeaways.
For each takeaway, note the timestamp where it occurs.
- Use the format: [Time Stamp] - [Engaging Headline]
- Example: "0:30 - How to Maximize Your Efficiency in Meetings"
Repeat this process five times to have five key takeaways with timestamps.
Additional Note:
- Though it may seem like a substantial effort, investing time in extracting these key takeaways will significantly expedite the repurposing process later.
