How to Connect Your Facebook Account in Repurpose
You can connect your Facebook account in two ways:
- Option 1: While creating a workflow (recommended if you're setting up a workflow now)
- Option 2: From the Connections page (recommended if you're prepping accounts ahead of time)
Option 1: Connect Facebook During Workflow Creation
1 - Go to the Workflows page and click Create a new workflow (top right).
2 - Choose your workflow type.
3 - Select Facebook as the source (left-menu) or destination (right-menu).
4 - After selecting, two things can happen depending on your situation:
- If this is your first time connecting an Facebook account, you’ll be redirected to Facebook’s login page.
- If you’ve already connected Facebook accounts to Repurpose, a pop-up will appear with a list of them. Click Add new Facebook account to connect another one, and you’ll be redirected to Facebook’s login page.
5 - On the Facebook authorization screen, make sure the correct account is being authorized—you’ll recognize it by the name shown on the Continue as “Your Name” button. You can also optionally edit the permissions using the Edit Access button.
⚠️ It’s recommended to keep all access enabled. No worries—nothing will be posted on any Page unless you specifically create a workflow for it later. Meta can be quite particular about permissions, and it’s easy to miss something required, even if it seems unrelated.6 - Click Continue as “Your Name” to finish connecting your account.
Option 2: Connect Facebook from the Connections Page
1 - Go to the Connections page from the left side menu.
2 - Click Add a New Connection (top right).
3 - Select Facebook from the list.
4 - A pop-up will appear where you can optionally edit the connection name.
