How to Create Snippets Once and Auto-Sync Them Across All Workflows

If you're using multiple workflows that start with the same source and want to create video clips just once - then have them automatically appear across all your workflows - follow the steps below to enable Auto Sync Snippets.

Access Your Workflows:

Navigate to each of your workflows (e.g., YouTube to Instagram, YouTube to LinkedIn, etc.).

Enable Auto Sync Snippets:

Go into the settings of each workflow.
Locate the option labeled “Auto Sync Snippets.”
Turn this option on.
Save the changes.
Repeat this for all relevant workflows.

Create Your Snippets:

Choose one of your workflows.
Create your clips (e.g., Clip 1, Clip 2, Clip 3).

Verify Auto Sync:

Open any of your other synced workflows. You’ll see that the clips you created are already there - automatically synced.

No need to manually recreate clips for each workflow.
Save time by managing your clips from a single workflow.
Ensure consistency across all platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).

Note: This feature isn’t retroactive, so make sure all your workflows are created first before generating any clips.
