How to authorize a new or missing Facebook page?

If you didn’t authorize all pages during the initial connection or want to add a missing page or permission, here’s how you can do it:

1 - Head to the Facebook website and ensure you're interacting as your profile page. If you’re not, you can switch it from the top right corner.

2 - Use the following link to go directly to the Business Integrations page:

https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools&ref=settings

3 - Here, you should see the Repurpose integration—click “view and edit” to proceed.

4 - A pop-up will appear—if you want to authorize all pages, make sure every permission is enabled, with nothing left unchecked, then save the changes.

5 - Once done, all business pages where you're an admin should now be available in the dropdown menu during the workflow creation process.
