What caption is used when publishing content from Google Drive?
Since Google Drive does not have a caption field, the file name will be used as the default caption when the content is published to the destination platform.
Can I use a custom caption when publishing from Google Drive?
Yes. You can use a custom caption by creating a .txt file with the text you want to use as the caption. Place the .txt file in the same folder as the video and make sure it has the exact same filename as the video file. Repurpose will detect the .txt file and use its content as the caption when publishing the video. More info here.
How to Select a Folder
When creating a workflow, you simply need to click on the folder where the files are located and press Select. You don’t need to open the folder. The pop-up will only show folders, not files. Once selected, all the contents of that folder will be imported into the workflow.
