Our plugin checks for new episodes every hour using something called WordPress Cron. If after an hour or so you don’t see the episode imported, then try the manual import button.

If that works, then there might be an issue with your WordPress Cron.

Make sure your WordPress Cron is working (check with your developer or download this free plugin https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-crontrol/).
