If you're seeing black bars in your Instagram Reels video, then follow the steps below to fix it:

It's most likely to be your workflow is set to go to the Feed instead of the Reels.

How to confirm my workflow is set to Feed:

Once in your dashboard, click on the three dots to the right of your Instagram workflow and click on Details

In the pop-up that opens, you can clearly see all the details of your workflows, including if it's going to the Feed or to Reels

How to solve this:

Once again, click on the three dots to the right of your workflow and click on Edit
Go through all the steps (leave one second at each step to load your workflow settings)
At the last step, simply change the Type from Feed to Reels
