# Setting Up Your Podcasts For Repurposing

**Step 1: Customize Artwork in Captivate.fm**

1. Open your captivate.fm account.
2. Navigate to the episode you want to repurpose.
3. Click on the artwork section.
4. Replace the generic artwork with episode-specific artwork, especially if there's a guest on your show.
* For example, if you have a guest, upload their image to represent the episode.
* This custom artwork will be used when you repurpose this particular episode.

**Step 2: Extract Key Takeaways and Timestamps**

1. While listening to your episode, identify five key takeaways.
2. For each takeaway, note the timestamp where it occurs.
* Use the format: [Time Stamp] - [Engaging Headline]
* Example: "0:30 - How to Maximize Your Efficiency in Meetings"
3. Repeat this process five times to have five key takeaways with timestamps.

**Additional Note:**

* Though it may seem like a substantial effort, investing time in extracting these key takeaways will significantly expedite the repurposing process later.

By following these steps, you'll ensure that your podcast episodes are well-prepared for efficient repurposing, saving you time and effort in the long run.
