# How to add description and timestamps to Google Drive and Dropbox files

| Don't have a Repurpose.io account? Sign up for free [here](https://my.repurpose.io/signup)!

**It's fairly easy to add your own description and timestamps when using Google Drive or Dropbox**

To do so you need to create a TXT file with the same name as the original file. Inside it, you can write your description and if you add initial timestamps Repurpose will take them to create snippets automatically.

Here is an example:

You can clearly see how simple it is. One more thing, you can still use it if you already have your SRT file in there too!

| You may need to Resync your workflow if you add your TXT file after the creation of your workflow
